  • Direct and edit video campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand stories.
  • Set creative standards for video across social media, websites, paid media, CRM, and retail displays.
  • Plan shoots and manage lighting, filming, audio capture, and post-production.
  • Apply brand identity systems while conveying each brand’s character through cinematography and motion.
  • Maintain consistent visuals across brands while exploring creative approaches.
  • Turn marketing plans and business goals into video concepts and campaign content.
  • Partner with creative, marketing, brand, and digital teams on integrated campaigns and video solutions.
  • Manage several high-priority projects while meeting creative standards and deadlines.
  • Improve production workflows, asset libraries, and reusable motion graphics.

Talablar

  • At least five years of professional videography and video editing experience.
  • Experience with consumer packaged goods brands preferred; retail or e-commerce experience is also valued.
  • A strong reel and portfolio showing visual storytelling, campaign development, lighting skills, and video work across channels.
  • Ability to handle high-volume production while maintaining strong creative quality across brands and channels.
  • Experience turning brand identity systems into effective video content.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategy, customer experience, and performance-focused video creative.
  • Advanced skills in cinematography, lighting, audio capture, color grading, and composition.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
  • Experience managing camera equipment, studio spaces, and location shoots.
  • Self-directed approach, sound creative judgment, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience producing videos for promotional retail calendars or high-volume marketing organizations preferred.
  • Experience supporting multiple brands in a consumer packaged goods portfolio preferred.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries preferred.
  • Experience using generative AI platforms and AI-powered creative tools preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with copywriters, art directors, digital designers, and marketing partners preferred.
