LifeStance Health seeks licensed therapists to provide evidence-based outpatient mental healthcare for children and adults. The hybrid role combines in-person services at Massachusetts locations with telehealth from a home office.
Tavsif
- Provide outpatient therapy for children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare
- Conduct telehealth sessions from a home office within a hybrid schedule
- Take part in weekly case consultations
- Complete clinical and administrative duties that support an effective practice
- Prioritize clinical care while support staff manage credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collections
- Receive or provide clinical supervision when applicable
Talablar
- Hold an active LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT qualification or license
- Be able to provide therapy to children or adults
- Participate in the clinical and administrative operations of a mental healthcare practice
- Be able to work in outpatient care settings
- Be eligible to work in the United States, where LifeStance employs providers nationwide
