Tavsif

  • Translate financial data into actionable insights for strategic decisions and assess the P&L effects of key choices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on data and modelling initiatives, complex business challenges, and long-term growth plans
  • Lead the annual planning and budgeting process with business stakeholders
  • Maintain and update the long-range financial plan
  • Prepare scenario and sensitivity analyses for strategic priorities and capital allocation
  • Oversee weekly and monthly P&L reporting against budget
  • Present commentary for business reviews while highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Help prepare Board materials and investor updates
  • Define, track, and evaluate business KPIs and unit economics across markets and business lines
  • Develop business cases for proposed initiatives
  • Contribute to strategic projects involving market entry, new ventures, and investment decisions
  • Improve and automate finance processes, workflows, and reporting tools

Talablar

  • Three to five years of experience in a fast-paced digital scale-up, consulting firm, or banking environment
  • Experience in healthtech or digital health is advantageous
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with numbers
  • Demonstrated experience owning the budgeting process from start to finish
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Practical experience building complex financial models
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across diverse teams
  • Track record of leading cross-functional processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Professional fluency in Italian and English
