Tavsif
- Partner with customers to turn existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business challenges into sophisticated multidimensional models
- Capture and document customer business requirements
- Design and build the corresponding Pigment applications
- Train customers and build solutions alongside them so they can manage them independently
- Support or lead user acceptance testing and deployment activities
- Integrate source systems and migration solutions through connectors and APIs
- Connect customer stakeholders with the product team to inform development of the planning platform
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve delivery methodologies and processes

- Demonstrated ability to build complex systems and explain them clearly so stakeholders can use and maintain them easily
- Comfort working with large volumes of unstructured data that must be organized and validated
- Strong capacity and enthusiasm for learning new business domains
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships through empathy and commitment
- Strategic mindset suited to a fast-moving, highly ambiguous startup environment
- Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving products and respond strategically to customer needs
- Experience managing multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial setting with limited supervision
- Fluent English
- French or another European language is an advantage
- An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred
