Solenis Mid-Level Accounts Payable Analyst - LATAM Payments, Sao Paulo Hybrid
Manage LATAM payment operations for Solenis in a mid-level Accounts Payable role based in hybrid Sao Paulo. The position covers SAP processing, financial controls, audits, and process improvement.
Tavsif
- Oversee payment activities across Latin American countries, meeting deadlines and maintaining internal controls.
- Validate payment proposals for accurate approvals and compliance with company policies.
- Process and monitor electronic payments through banking platforms and SAP ERP systems.
- Investigate and resolve payment exceptions, bank rejections, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and suppliers to clear open issues and requests.
- Track Accounts Payable KPIs and identify operational risks and improvement opportunities.
- Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and internal and external audits.
- Maintain compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and audit requirements across supported countries.
- Contribute to Accounts Payable standardization, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Assist Latin American teams with payment, supplier, and financial process questions.
- Produce operational reports and management analyses on department performance.
- Act as a LATAM payments subject-matter resource to improve process efficiency and quality.
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Substantial experience in Accounts Payable, payment operations, or shared services.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Spanish language skills are advantageous.
- Experience supporting regional LATAM operations in a multinational organization is advantageous.
