Software Engineer II, AI and Cloud APIs
Build LLM-powered AI solutions and cloud-native APIs for Duck Creek’s property and casualty insurance SaaS products. Develop production-ready GenAI services with Python and C#/.NET.
Tavsif
- Lead development of applied AI solutions for complex needs across products.
- Design applications and platforms that integrate large language models.
- Build highly available API services with Python and C#/.NET.
- Track AI frameworks and models, and identify useful tools and methods to adopt.
- Work with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to turn requirements into technical specifications.
- Choose AI models and techniques based on performance, scalability, and interpretability.
- Maintain quality, testing, and documentation standards across codebases.
- Guide and mentor junior developers and other team members.
- Build automated CI/CD pipelines and deploy services and AI models with scalability, reliability, and security.
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of software development experience.
- At least three years working with cloud-native technologies and architecture, including containerized compute, storage, IAM, and service integration.
- Experience with a widely used LLM application framework, such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience with a vector database.
- Experience building highly available API services using Python and C#/.NET.
- Experience with a backend framework such as ASP.NET, Django, or Flask.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Sound knowledge of software engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, efficient code designed for scalability and reuse.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to keep learning and stay current with industry developments.
- Reside within reasonable proximity of the designated Mumbai or Bengaluru location.
- Complete interviews using personal knowledge and experience; AI tools are not permitted during interviews.
