Tavsif

  • Help develop, implement, and maintain cash management strategies and policies
  • Direct daily cash management, treasury operations, and related accounting activities
  • Maintain accurate transaction processing, reconciliations, financial reporting, and adherence to policies and controls
  • Act as the primary contact for treasury and accounting questions
  • Resolve operational issues and coordinate treasury service changes with banks and internal teams
  • Assist with month-end cash reconciliations and variance resolution
  • Investigate discrepancies and update financial records as needed
  • Oversee daily investment trade settlement activity across multiple legal entities and employee benefit programs
  • Validate and maintain investment portfolio purchase, sale, and income data
  • Lead enhancements to treasury systems and operating procedures
  • Document business requirements, coordinate testing, and resolve escalated user or data issues
  • Partner with colleagues on treasury processes and controls while recommending ongoing improvements
  • Strengthen cash management policies and procedures
  • Create and execute treasury risk management strategies and policies
  • Track financial market and regulatory developments and update strategies and policies accordingly
  • Mentor peers and act as a departmental subject matter expert

Talablar

  • At least five years of experience in treasury or a related discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is preferred
  • Understanding of cash management principles
  • Understanding of treasury management practices
  • Familiarity with Treasury Controllership Standard Procedures
  • Familiarity with Treasury Controllership Tools
  • Knowledge of investment analysis
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of market research
  • Knowledge of compliance management
  • Knowledge of stakeholder management

Imtiyozlar

  • Hybrid work arrangement requiring at least three days per week in the office
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is preferred
