- Manage site teams
- Uphold safety and quality standards
- Chair construction site meetings
- Maintain the initial works schedule
- Track and manage construction site financial performance
- Represent the company with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Deliver one or more projects under the guidance of the Construction Department Manager
Talablar
- Engineering-level higher education is required
- At least six years of experience managing building construction works
- Strong knowledge of structural works
- Adaptable and responsive approach
- Ability to build positive professional relationships
