Tavsif
- Contribute to the strategic planning of software development projects.
- Help define system architecture and technology choices in line with organizational objectives.
- Find opportunities to improve existing processes and technologies.
- Create and apply coding standards that promote quality and consistency.
- Write and review clean, efficient, scalable code according to established best practices.
- Lead code reviews and deliver constructive feedback to developers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address technical and business needs.
- Investigate complex issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Conduct software testing, including unit and integration tests, to maintain quality.
- Take part in daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
- Track emerging technologies and industry developments, recommending relevant improvements and innovations.
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated software development experience focused on system architecture and design.
- Proficiency with several programming languages and frameworks, including SQL, Java, C#, Python, and JavaScript.
- Practical experience with Agile practices, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration and delivery tools.
- Strong grasp of software security principles and development best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with the I4PRO ERP platform, including its modules and functionality.
- Knowledge of insurance operations such as policy issuance, finance, accounting, reinsurance, and claims.
- Understanding of digital transformation trends affecting the insurance sector.
- Knowledge of compliance and audit procedures.
- Ability to design system architectures that respond to customer requirements.
- Advanced experience in business strategy and processes, people management, and business operations.
- Understanding of information systems, infrastructure, automation resources, and integrations.
