- Maintain the availability, stability, and performance of technical environments
- Automate infrastructure operations and recurring processes
- Build and support continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Monitor systems, investigate incidents, and drive resolution
- Improve observability practices and platform reliability
- Partner with Development and Infrastructure teams to advance platform capabilities
- Deliver projects and outsourcing engagements for leading financial-services companies
Talablar
- Substantial professional experience in Site Reliability Engineering
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
- Practical experience using Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Experience with Git and CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
- Experience with observability platforms including Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana
- Ability to automate workflows with Python, Bash, or Go
- Background supporting mission-critical, highly available systems
- Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and databases
- Understanding of SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
- AWS or Kubernetes certification is valued
- Analytical, proactive approach to work
- Strong capability in diagnosing and solving problems
