Tavsif

  • Lead reliability engineering, project management, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and improvement work across the processing plant, infrastructure, and surface operations.
  • Improve equipment availability and plant uptime, strengthen asset reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and deliver capital and reliability projects safely.
  • Oversee project, reliability, and condition monitoring work in line with MSHA regulations and site safety standards.
  • Develop and manage reliability engineering and continuous improvement programs.
  • Run predictive and preventive maintenance programs covering vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasonic testing, and condition monitoring.
  • Lead root cause failure analysis, defect elimination, and equipment reliability work.
  • Assess equipment performance, reliability, maintainability, availability, downtime, and maintenance data.
  • Define, assess, develop, and deliver reliability improvements and capital projects.
  • Guide engineering projects from scoping and design through planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Prepare equipment specifications, requisitions, bid packages, contractor assessments, cost estimates, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Oversee contractors, vendors, bid processes, and site entry requirements.
  • Support maintenance planning and scheduling, and resolve technical issues for maintenance and operations teams.
  • Track project budgets, costs, schedules, KPIs, and variances.
  • Lead, coach, and develop project engineers, coordinators, supervisors, and reliability and condition monitoring staff.
  • Build a high performance culture centered on safety, reliability, operational excellence, asset management, and continuous improvement.
  • Report to the Maintenance Superintendent.

Talablar

  • Bring 5–10 years of experience in maintenance management, reliability engineering, project engineering, project management, or project supervision.
  • Have 3–5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance or engineering project experience.
  • Know reliability engineering, asset management, preventive and predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, root cause analysis (RCA/RCFA), defect elimination, and maintenance strategy.
  • Have experience with vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasonic testing, reliability metrics, and equipment performance analysis.
  • Demonstrate strong project management, maintenance planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control skills.
  • Experience in mining, mineral processing, fixed or processing plants, heavy industry, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
  • Show leadership, team development, mentoring, and problem-solving ability.
  • Be proficient with CMMS tools such as Pronto and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge and practical use of MSHA regulations is preferred.
  • Hold a current driver’s license.
  • Be able to pass required background checks and meet post-offer physical requirements.
