Senior Product Designer at AND Digital - London Hybrid Contract
Lead end-to-end product design for clients tackling complex technology challenges, from research and discovery through delivery and iteration. This senior contract role combines UX, UI, facilitation and Agile collaboration in a hybrid London setting.
Tavsif
- Own product design across discovery, research, delivery and iterative improvement
- Shape user experiences through journey mapping, interaction design, wireframes and information architecture
- Develop polished interface designs and interactive prototypes
- Use design systems and accessibility practices to create inclusive, scalable experiences
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams throughout Agile product delivery
- Work with stakeholders to guide decisions and create shared direction
- Run discovery sessions, ideation, co-design workshops and other collaborative activities
- Reconcile user needs, commercial goals and technical limitations
- Deliver high-quality design work that creates tangible client value
- Help organisations respond to technological change through human expertise, emerging technology and AI
Talablar
- Demonstrated experience leading product design from discovery and research through delivery and iteration
- Practical expertise in UX and interaction design, including user journeys, wireframing and information architecture
- Experience producing UI designs and prototypes
- Strong knowledge of design systems and accessibility, with an inclusive and scalable design approach
- Track record of contributing to Agile product delivery with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and the confidence to influence decisions and establish alignment
- Experience leading discovery, ideation, co-design workshops and other collaborative design sessions
- Ability to weigh user needs, business goals and technical constraints when creating effective digital products
