Tavsif
- Assess and size Oracle database engine resources to improve performance and internal processes
- Prepare reports on instance health and performance
- Tune PL/SQL code, database objects and instances, servers, and operating systems
- Monitor storage, CPU, memory, I/O, network latency, and locks or deadlocks with observability tools
- Conduct regular health checks and identify availability risks across legacy, hybrid, and modern architectures
- Apply operational security practices to protect data availability, confidentiality, and integrity
- Maintain manuals, architecture topologies, and disaster recovery plans (DRP)
- Work with infrastructure, security, and development teams to resolve incidents and meet operational standards
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field
- At least four years of experience administering Oracle Database Server in highly critical corporate on-premises and cloud environments, preferably in banking or finance
- Professional experience across both on-premises and cloud environments
- Strong command of Oracle Database 19c and its internal architecture
- Experience administering Oracle Cloud Exadata on OCI
- Expertise in database and PL/SQL code tuning
- Experience migrating databases to the cloud
- Scripting skills with PowerShell and Bash
- Experience performing monitoring and health checks with observability tools
- Knowledge of technical documentation, including manuals, topologies, and DRPs
- Able to analyze and resolve problems under pressure with meticulous attention to detail, precision, and clear communication
