Tavsif

  • Design, document, deploy, maintain, support, and optimize IT infrastructure
  • Implement infrastructure in accordance with security requirements for private and public cloud environments and enterprise software
  • Contribute to strategic planning for systems and storage infrastructure
  • Lead capacity planning and automate routine administrative work
  • Evaluate infrastructure platforms and technology solutions through cost-benefit analysis
  • Advise on system design and implementation, including feasibility, budget, and enterprise alignment
  • Modernize or replace legacy workflows through automation and process improvement
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations and operating procedures
  • Partner with stakeholders on business continuity and disaster recovery planning, including infrastructure inventories, RPO/RTO targets, and failure points
  • Design, document, implement, and deploy enterprise management tooling
  • Strengthen and automate security compliance processes across public and private environments
  • Operate and maintain hybrid public and private infrastructure
  • Create and deploy approaches for system performance testing and health validation
  • Produce operational statistics and reports
  • Provide escalation support for Operations incidents and resolve complex technical issues across technology teams
  • Collaborate within Infrastructure Engineering and with Operations and Security to maintain secure, dependable, and efficient operations

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least five years of experience in a systems engineering position
  • Experience with VMware technologies, including vSphere and ESXi 8.x
  • Experience with enterprise storage technologies such as SAN, Fibre Channel, and ZFS
  • Technical proficiency with server operating systems
  • Experience administering Active Directory and Group Policy Objects
  • Hands-on experience implementing and administering public cloud environments
  • Experience using standard automation and orchestration tools
  • Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions for Surescripts
  • Must not require immigration or employment visa sponsorship
  • Must not require employer endorsement for F-1/CPT, F-1/STEM, academic training, or work-study programs
  • Preferred: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Preferred: Familiarity with enterprise storage and backup platforms
  • Preferred: Experience with Surescripts software
  • Preferred: Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL practices
  • Preferred: Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements
