- Improve user interactions with complex engineering automations.
- Explore technologies and connect Synera products.
- Coordinate with developers across teams and solve technical challenges together.
- Contribute to design sessions for complex features.
- Submit pull requests and review code thoughtfully.
- Present completed sprint work.
- Join customer calls with the customer success team.
- Prototype customer solutions during biweekly project time.
- Learn the codebase and product, support developers through code reviews, and take on increasingly complex stories.
- Add and refine software factory skills.
- Take ownership of larger features and epics.
- Lead work in an area of expertise.
- Own design and technical decisions for modules or features.
Talablar
- Bring at least 3 years of experience working as a software engineer.
- Be proficient in TypeScript and a web application framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Be proficient in either C#/.NET or Python.
- Have experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Have experience with Docker and confidence handling basic DevOps tasks.
- Be familiar with AI tools and coding agents.
- Align with Synera’s core values.
- WPF experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of ReactiveUI is a plus.
- Solution or software architecture experience is also suitable.
- A mechanical engineering background or experience with engineering software is an advantage.
