Tavsif

  • Develop lightweight JavaScript and TypeScript SDKs and embedded payment components for merchant checkout experiences.
  • Build sophisticated applications for managing and analysing payments.
  • Create responsive dashboards, data visualisations, and complex configuration workflows.
  • Turn designs into precise, accessible interfaces that work reliably across browsers and devices.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering.
  • Contribute to automated testing, performance optimisation, production debugging, documentation, and client library versioning.
  • Support frontend engineering quality across an enterprise payment technology platform.

Talablar

  • Demonstrated success delivering sophisticated, high-performance frontend applications.
  • Extensive JavaScript and TypeScript expertise, including HTML, CSS, the DOM, and browser APIs.
  • Strong React experience and knowledge of component architecture, application state, and data fetching.
  • Ability to build responsive, data-intensive interfaces while maintaining performance and usability.
  • Exceptional visual attention to detail and skill in implementing pixel-accurate designs.
  • Experience creating accessible interfaces that meet WCAG standards.
  • Knowledge of browser security, including iframes, CSP, CORS, and sensitive data handling.
  • Strong practices in automated testing, debugging, and performance optimisation.
  • Ownership, curiosity, and confidence to challenge assumptions and explain technical decisions.
  • Professional written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Availability to work from the central Lisbon office two to three days per week.
  • Next.js experience is preferred.
  • Experience building framework-agnostic SDKs, hosted fields, or embedded checkout components is preferred.
  • Node.js and Backend-for-Frontend experience, alongside a strong frontend specialisation, is preferred.
  • Payments, fintech, or e-commerce experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with PCI DSS and security-sensitive customer journeys is preferred.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools, including appropriate review and validation, is preferred.
