Tavsif

  • Lead projects from initial design through launch across both established and new products
  • Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define priorities and implementation approaches
  • Participate in technical decisions while balancing immediate delivery with durable architecture
  • Maintain strong engineering standards through code reviews, test coverage, and observability
  • Develop fast, accessible interfaces and take ownership of frontend performance
  • Collaborate with designers to transform early concepts into launched products
  • Join the Agents, Docs, Growth, or Optimize team according to business priorities and your experience

Talablar

  • At least five years of experience building production software at scale
  • Bring a product-oriented mindset and close attention to user needs
  • Work effectively through ambiguous challenges and rapid change
  • Demonstrate deep JavaScript expertise with a modern frontend framework
  • Show a record of improving frontend performance and accessibility
  • Experience with AI/LLM products or startups is beneficial
  • Live in the San Francisco area or within commuting distance and be able to work from the office three days per week
  • Be prepared to address existing or future United States work sponsorship requirements
