  • Set technical direction for complex frontend capabilities
  • Guide design decisions, code reviews and team mentoring
  • Build React and Next.js frontend functionality
  • Shape frontend architecture, performance improvements and integrations
  • Develop interactive graphics and map-driven interfaces
  • Support technical discovery and proof-of-concept development for complex interactions

Talablar

  • Advanced proficiency with React, Next.js, TypeScript and modern hooks-based component patterns
  • Ability to create scalable frontend architecture with a single source of truth and clear UI, business-logic and data-access boundaries
  • Experience building reusable component libraries and maintaining consistent component APIs
  • Deep knowledge of Zustand, Redux Toolkit or comparable state-management solutions, including efficient selector design
  • Strong HTML, CSS and SCSS capabilities covering responsive layouts, accessibility and style isolation
  • Experience translating detailed visual specifications into interfaces with systems such as IBM Carbon or Material UI
  • Strong REST API integration skills, including typed models, adapters, polling and resilient handling of incomplete or inconsistent data
  • Experience defining or verifying API contracts with backend teams and applying contract-testing practices
  • Demonstrated frontend performance expertise with profiling, memoisation, code splitting, lazy loading and bundle analysis
  • Understanding of frame rate, GPU utilisation and memory behaviour on graphics-intensive screens
  • Hands-on WebGL, three.js or React Three Fiber experience, including scene and camera control, pointer picking and animation timelines
  • Experience coordinating events and interactions across layered UI and graphics surfaces
  • Experience integrating map SDKs, working with coordinate systems, implementing provider fallbacks and protecting API tokens
  • Ability to create components for existing host applications using clean props and callbacks, isolated styles and no unintended global effects
  • Strong testing background with Vitest or Jest and React Testing Library, supported by a practical test strategy
  • Experience with strict TypeScript, error boundaries, cross-browser validation and browser DevTools
  • Experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows and high-quality pull-request reviews
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Demonstrated technical leadership through mentoring, task decomposition, estimation and technical documentation
  • Understanding of frontend security fundamentals, including secure environment configuration, safe logging and responsible third-party dependency management
  • Experience with advanced animation tools such as GSAP or Framer Motion
  • Experience using charting and data-visualisation libraries
  • Experience with visual regression or end-to-end testing through Playwright
  • Experience delivering internationalisation and localisation at scale
  • Familiarity with micro-frontends, monorepos or design-system governance
  • Experience with production observability, release support and incident investigation
  • Experience leading technical discovery or proof-of-concept work for complex interactions
