Tavsif
- Build and maintain Layla’s Flutter and Dart apps for iOS and Android.
- Deliver conversational trip-planning and booking features from start to finish.
- Design components, integrate APIs, and model data.
- Work with Product, Design, and backend engineering teams.
- Refine mobile flows using experiments and traveler feedback.
- Improve quality and reliability through automated tests, CI/CD, performance monitoring, and observability.
- Integrate and operate AI/ML features for planning assistance, personalization, and recommendations.
- Support interoperability with native platform capabilities.
- Develop reusable Flutter patterns and engineering practices.
Talablar
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or have equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Have at least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Have professional experience building and releasing production mobile apps with Flutter and Dart.
- Have managed mobile features from design through release and support.
- Have shipped apps for both iOS and Android from a shared codebase.
- Have experience with API integration, data modeling, and online and offline data handling.
- Be able to create mobile codebases that are testable, maintainable, and performant.
- Be familiar with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to products.
- Demonstrate advanced Flutter and Dart skills, including mobile UI/UX, state management, and performance optimization.
- Have experience connecting native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin/Jetpack) functionality through platform channels or native modules.
- Have led technical design for complex mobile work, including architecture choices, API contracts, and data models.
- Have built accessible and inclusive mobile interfaces.
- Have integrated AI/ML features into mobile apps.
- Have used AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or similar.
- Be able to drive architectural improvements and mentor engineers.
