Senior Digital Transformation Consultant, Data and ERP

Tavsif
- Support business process and information systems transformation projects for industrial and defense clients.
- Analyze workflows across procurement, production, maintenance, supply chain, and financial performance.
- Spot process bottlenecks and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Help scope and document ERP implementation and optimization projects, ideally involving SAP.
- Prepare process maps, functional specifications, test plans, and executive summaries.
- Extract, clean, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple systems.
- Build operational dashboards for business and IT leaders, ideally with Power BI.
- Support data quality and governance initiatives in industrial transformation projects.
- Encourage business stakeholders to use data in their decision-making.
- Help prepare client proposals and document and share reusable methodologies.
- Take part in the firm’s Data and ERP communities of expertise.
Talablar
- A master’s degree from a leading engineering or business school.
- A blend of technical and management skills, or a focus on information systems or ERP, is an advantage.
- Two to four years of experience in transformation consulting, ERP integration, or an industrial setting.
- Experience with at least one cross-functional industrial process, such as procurement, production, maintenance, or finance.
- Some experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, is valued.
- Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and basic modeling.
- Functional knowledge of an ERP module, preferably SAP, is an advantage.
- Interest in applying AI tools to industrial data is a plus.
- Basic SQL knowledge is valued.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in solving practical operational problems.
- Confidence working with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate on multisite projects and manage several topics at once.
