Senior Creative Lead, Organic Social — OpenArt AI (Remote, Pakistan)
Senior Creative Lead shaping organic social content for OpenArt AI’s creative platform. Guide multidisciplinary designers, motion artists, and video editors from initial concept through final delivery.
Tavsif
- Manage visual designers, motion designers, video editors, and other creative contributors
- Set creative direction and quality standards for OpenArt AI’s organic social channels
- Create original concepts for product launches, social content, announcements, events, brand moments, recurring series, and marketing campaigns
- Translate ideas into creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, references, and production guidance
- Give practical feedback on design, motion, editing, storytelling, pacing, typography, composition, and overall execution
- Partner with social, community, product marketing, and wider marketing teams
- Research competitors and creative work across AI, technology, creator, entertainment, and social media brands
- Spot new formats, visual approaches, trends, and content concepts worth testing
- Develop repeatable creative formats and production systems for fast, high-quality output
- Uphold consistent creative standards while exploring new styles and ideas
- Prioritize creative work and drive projects from concept to final delivery
- Strengthen team performance through ongoing feedback, coaching, and clear expectations
Talablar
- At least five years of experience in creative direction, social creative, content, design, video, or a related discipline
- Experience managing and directing multidisciplinary creative teams
- A strong portfolio of social-first design, motion, and video work
- Sound creative judgment with the ability to articulate why work succeeds or falls short
- Experience originating concepts rather than only executing existing briefs
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Familiarity with generative AI and the current AI creative landscape
- Experience using or directing projects made with AI image and video tools
- Ability to investigate competitors, creative trends, and emerging formats and turn insights into original ideas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high creative volume
- Willingness to work Pacific Time hours, with core collaboration from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM PT
- Based in Pakistan or the UAE is a strong plus
- Experience with an AI, technology, creator, media, or rapidly growing consumer company is a strong plus
- A career foundation in a hands-on creative role is a strong plus
- Personal experimentation with generative AI image and video tools is a strong plus
- Experience building or leading an in-house social creative team is a strong plus
