Handle complex commercial auto claims for a specialty insurer, from liability investigation through settlement and final resolution.
Tavsif
- Manage assigned commercial auto claims from intake through closure
- Administer commercial auto liability claims received from third-party administrators
- Investigate coverage, liability, damages, and related claim facts thoroughly
- Set and update claim reserves accurately and promptly
- Coordinate with TPAs, policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and service providers
- Negotiate settlements within established settlement authority
- Apply company procedures, industry practices, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Maintain complete, precise, and well-organized claim documentation
- Partner with underwriting, legal, and management teams when required
Talablar
- At least five years of commercial auto claims experience, preferably with bodily injury claims
- Solid knowledge of California insurance regulations and claims-handling practices
- A California adjuster license is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational capabilities
- Able to work independently while balancing multiple priorities
- Comfortable using claims management platforms and standard office software
- Able to work onsite at the Los Angeles office
- A claims adjuster license is preferred
