Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Hybrid at VICI

VICI is seeking a senior BI analyst to connect its fashion retail business with its data ecosystem. The role focuses on Tableau dashboards, Snowflake SQL, and governed data from Shopify, NetSuite, Manhattan WMS, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.

Tavsif

  • Act as the main connection between business stakeholders and VICI’s data ecosystem
  • Turn complex retail and e-commerce questions into actionable insights through Snowflake SQL and production-ready Tableau dashboards
  • Define data requirements for Shopify, NetSuite, Manhattan WMS, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics
  • Coordinate with a third-party data engineering partner on data ingestion and transformation work
  • Partner with E-Commerce, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Create executive Tableau dashboards and perform ad-hoc Snowflake SQL analyses
  • Own functional expertise for Shopify, NetSuite, and other enterprise data models
  • Manage pipeline deliverables, define data models, and validate Snowflake transformation logic
  • Create audit processes that verify data integrity across system boundaries
  • Document data flows and maintain data dictionaries
  • Train and assist business users with creating and running Tableau reports
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of reports and dashboards
  • Set standards for dashboard design, metric definitions, and documentation
  • Process customer and payment data in accordance with VICI’s privacy and security policies, including PCI and CCPA requirements

Talablar

  • At least five years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, including work in e-commerce or omni-channel retail
  • Practical expertise with Shopify and NetSuite ERP data structures and reporting capabilities
  • Experience with Manhattan WMS and Klaviyo is preferred
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 and marketing attribution methods
  • Advanced proficiency in Snowflake SQL
  • Expert-level Tableau development skills
  • Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, including star schemas, fact tables, and dimension tables
  • Working knowledge of data privacy and security controls, including PCI and CCPA
  • Experience documenting data requirements, managing third-party implementation partners, and enforcing pipeline accuracy and SLA commitments
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical data concepts to business leaders and translating business needs for technical vendors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, stand or walk occasionally, use office equipment, work in varying warehouse temperatures, and occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds
