  • Lead the NavVis visual identity across digital and physical brand touchpoints
  • Turn brand strategy and messaging into visual concepts and repeatable creative systems
  • Set design direction for integrated campaigns, product launches, and high-impact brand initiatives
  • Produce creative assets for web, social media, events, presentations, advertising, and related channels
  • Build reusable templates, brand guidelines, and scalable design systems
  • Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, and adjacent teams
  • Guide creative reviews and give design feedback to internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Coordinate external designers, freelancers, and agencies as required
  • Protect brand consistency while raising the quality of creative output

Talablar

  • Bring 5–8 years of professional experience in brand, graphic, or communication design
  • Show a strong portfolio covering visual thinking, concept development, and execution across multiple channels
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Have experience building scalable design systems, templates, and guidelines
  • Bring experience developing and evolving brand identities
  • Apply a deep understanding of typography, composition, color, imagery, and visual systems
  • Demonstrate strong digital design capabilities, including work for web and social channels
  • Work confidently from early creative concepts through detailed production
  • Explain and defend creative decisions clearly to varied stakeholders
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively in English
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and a high standard of craft
