- Advise customers on Azure, Modern Work, identity, and security.
- Run technical workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and customer enablement activities.
- Evaluate platform health, configuration, performance, resilience, security posture, and operational readiness.
- Diagnose complex issues using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.
- Recommend remediation and optimization based on technical findings and business needs.
- Support migrations, deployments, modernization, adoption, and lifecycle management.
Talablar
- Bring 15 or more years of experience in infrastructure, end-user computing, cloud platforms, or related Microsoft technologies.
- Communicate fluently in English with technical and business stakeholders.
- Have experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles.
- Demonstrate experience leading workshops, technical training, and customer guidance.
- Bring hands-on expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Azure Networking, Host Pools, Application Groups, Session Hosts, FSLogix, Microsoft Intune, identity management, image management, security administration, and PowerShell.
- Use strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: Know Azure platform services, governance, and automation.
