Senior Analytics and Planning Analyst, B2B Collections
At Neon, build dashboards and assess the return on B2B collections initiatives. Analyze business credit risk and help plan targets and action plans.
Tavsif
- Develop and maintain collections dashboards tracking recoveries, doubtful debt provisions, portfolio aging, and performance by strategy and channel.
- Evaluate the return on mass collections initiatives, such as AI agents, legal notices, letters, and email, and recommend changes.
- Assess the business customer portfolio to identify companies suited to payroll-deductible lending and high-risk companies for the Credit team to avoid or block.
- Help plan monthly and quarterly targets and model possible outcomes.
- Turn analysis into practical team recommendations, delivery roadmaps, and action plans.
Talablar
- Adapt readily to changing situations and challenges in a dynamic environment.

- Work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with a BI tool such as Looker, Power BI, or Metabase.
- Practical experience using generative AI tools such as Claude or Gemini to speed up analysis, automate data tasks, and help create dashboards and reports.
- Knowledge of business credit, delinquency, or collections is preferred.
- Python skills and basic statistics for risk prioritization models are a plus.
