Tavsif

  • Build and operate a reliable, scalable, and cost-conscious cloud AI platform
  • Translate Research model requirements into production-ready infrastructure
  • Strengthen data pipelines, feature storage, experiment tracking, and model lifecycle processes
  • Create tools that speed up experimentation, benchmarking, and reproducible results
  • Advance monitoring, observability, and reliability across AI services
  • Shape architectural decisions and contribute to the platform’s long-term direction
  • Coordinate with Product, Research, and engineering teams to match platform capabilities to product requirements
  • Document systems clearly and promote knowledge sharing across R&D
  • Run varied sourcing workloads on a scalable production cloud platform
  • Develop infrastructure for dataset export, model training, and evaluation
  • Collaborate within a small senior engineering team with direct access to Product and AI Research
  • Turn new ideas into systems that operate at scale

Talablar

  • At least five years of experience in product-focused software engineering, ML platform engineering, or infrastructure roles
  • A record of delivering machine learning solutions with measurable business and customer impact
  • Strong programming skills in an ML-suitable language such as Python
  • Working knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture
  • Experience with SQL databases, including query optimization, performance tuning, and schema design
  • Hands-on experience with ML tooling such as experiment tracking, model registries, and data pipelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability in cross-functional R&D settings
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability tools
  • Professional communication in English as the default internal language
  • Experience training or serving AI and ML models at scale
  • Experience creating automated, scalable ETL or ELT pipelines and maintaining robust SQL and NoSQL database architectures
  • Familiarity with data annotation processes and dataset management
  • Experience with GPU workloads, batch or stream processing, or feature stores
  • Exposure to Intelligent Document Processing or deep neural network architectures
