Tavsif

  • Deliver outpatient care through Brave Health’s telehealth program.
  • Treat patients across the lifespan for mental health needs.
  • Use telehealth, video, and internal communication tools to provide care.
  • Work with clients to meet their treatment goals.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments.
  • Diagnose mental health and substance use conditions.
  • Create treatment plans.
  • Provide 30 hours of client care each week, averaging six clients per day.
  • Help Brave Health expand into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when needed.

Talablar

  • Hold a master’s degree and professional licensure.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Have a private home workspace that protects patient safety and HIPAA privacy.
  • Speak English fluently; Spanish is preferred, and other languages are an advantage.
  • Know how to diagnose mental health and substance use conditions.
  • Be able to develop treatment plans.
  • Be comfortable using telehealth, video, and internal communication tools.
  • Have experience partnering with clients to help them achieve goals.
  • Be able to use comprehensive assessments.
  • Hold independent, unrestricted licensure in at least one state.
  • Be comfortable providing 30 hours of client care each week, averaging six clients per day.
  • Have experience treating patients with chronic severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder.
  • Be willing to obtain additional state licenses as needed.

Imtiyozlar

  • Full-time W-2 employment.
  • Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend shifts.
  • Choose a 9 a.m.–6 p.m. or 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Central Time shift.
