Tavsif

  • Provide advanced analytical support across claims, provider, member, clinical, HEDIS, pharmacy, and external reporting operations.
  • Extract, load, model, and reconcile large datasets from multiple platforms and sources.
  • Analyze data to identify operational impacts and determine required actions.
  • Bring issues, trends, improvement areas, and opportunities to management’s attention.
  • Prepare reports and other deliverables for management.
  • Model data with Excel, Access, SQL, and other data warehouse analysis tools.
  • Support compliance with federal and state reporting requirements through data quality audits and analysis.
  • Help train and mentor other Data Analysts.
  • Carry out other assigned duties.
  • Follow applicable policies and standards.

Talablar

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be able to work business hours in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
  • Writing SQL queries from scratch is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of modern business intelligence and visualization tools, including Microsoft Power BI, is preferred.
  • ETL experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least four years of statistical or data analysis experience.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Experience managing projects or substantial involvement in project implementation.
