Tavsif

  • Coordinate freelance writers, agency partners, and internal teams to deliver high value content projects on schedule.
  • Oversee written and video customer stories.
  • Manage blog posts, ebooks, and other long-form content.
  • Write concise copy for digital ads and email campaigns.
  • Edit content to meet brand voice, messaging, and quality standards.
  • Review content briefs and recommend improvements.
  • Lead the North America Customer Story program, including promotion, interviews, follow-up reviews, and final approvals.
  • Assess content performance and recommend improvements.
  • Identify content additions or updates that could improve campaign performance.
  • Prioritize work according to corporate and team objectives.
  • Track and report metrics including customer stories, engagement, and traffic.

Talablar

  • 3–7+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial management.
  • Experience managing several content formats, including case studies, blogs, white papers or ebooks, and bylines.
  • Strong project management skills, including handling concurrent deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Experience overseeing freelance writers or agency partners.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and content performance optimization.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience with a project management platform.
  • Must be based in the Eastern or Central United States.
