Tavsif

  • Provide direct care and supervisory services
  • Complete client assessments
  • Observe clients to identify target behaviors
  • Coordinate with children ages 2–21, their families, and other service providers
  • Create Individualized Treatment Plans addressing strengths and areas for growth across child, family, educational, social, and recreational domains
  • Develop and review preference assessments, reinforcement approaches, and other rehabilitative strategies prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist and aligned with the Individualized Treatment Plan

Talablar

  • Master’s degree
  • Pennsylvania licensure as a psychiatrist, psychologist, professional counselor (LPC), marriage and family therapist (LMFT), certified registered nurse practitioner with mental health certification (CRNP), clinical social worker (LCSW), social worker (LSW), or behavior specialist (LBS)
  • A scope of practice that authorizes oversight of ABA service delivery
  • BCaBA certification or another bachelor’s-level certification; or
  • At least one year of full-time ABA service experience plus 12 ABA credits; or
  • At least one year of full-time ABA service experience under a BCBA or another master’s-level behavior analysis professional, plus 40 hours of ABA-related training; or
  • Pennsylvania psychologist licensure, at least one year of full-time ABA service experience, and 40 hours of ABA-related training
