Lead visual development for Viva Center Norte CRM and campaign work at Agência F2F, creating Key Visuals and digital assets with Figma, motion, and generative AI.
Tavsif
- Create campaign Key Visuals and establish the visual direction for related assets
- Resize and adapt Key Visuals across channels, formats, and campaign needs
- Design CRM materials for email marketing, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app banners
- Build email layouts in Figma and assist with creating and refining the corresponding HTML
- Produce and adapt motion graphics and other animated assets
- Apply generative AI tools to create, modify, and adapt images and video
- Retouch images, develop compositions, and prepare final creative materials
- Adapt creative for multiple formats while preserving visual consistency and execution quality
- Maintain organized creative files, versions, and campaign adaptations
- Work closely with Copywriting, Account Management, and other project teams
- Advance creative production practices by testing new tools and AI-assisted workflows
Talablar
- Professional experience as an Art Director or in a comparable position
- Advanced Figma skills, particularly for email design and digital asset production
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of After Effects for producing and adapting motion assets
- Practical experience using generative AI in creative production, especially for creating, modifying, and editing images and video
- Ability to incorporate AI into production workflows as an active creation tool, not only as a source of inspiration
- Experience developing and adapting Key Visuals
- Background in CRM and email marketing creative
- Understanding of email HTML, including AI-assisted development and refinement
- Strong command of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, grids, and image retouching
- Ability to handle large volumes of assets and formats while maintaining quality and consistency
- Skill in interpreting briefs and translating concepts into effective visual solutions
- Organized, agile, practical, and self-directed approach
- Preferred: background in an advertising agency, marketing, or retail
- Preferred: experience with brand communications, promotional campaigns, or CRM
- Preferred: familiarity with additional AI tools for visual creation and content production
- Preferred: experience using AI to automate or improve creative processes
- Preferred: portfolio demonstrating campaign, CRM, digital, and motion projects
