Regional Commercial Operations Analyst - Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid)
Support Johnson & Johnson MedTech orthopaedics portfolios across Colombia, Chile, and Brazil through commercial analysis and portfolio optimization. Contribute to product launches, SKU management, business insights, and continuous process improvement.
Tavsif
- Evaluate portfolio results and commercial data to inform strategic decisions and profitable growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and cross-functional partners on product lifecycle management, product launches, and sales funnel opportunities.
- Drive and support portfolio optimization efforts that simplify SKU management, reduce complexity, and limit excess inventory.
- Create, implement, and advocate for tools, governance frameworks, and practices that standardize processes and enable continuous improvement.
- Track portfolio optimization initiatives and report progress in Portfolio Management Review meetings and other governance forums.
- Produce reports, dashboards, and recommendations for regional and local business planning.
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of experience in business analytics, commercial operations, portfolio management, sales operations, or a comparable analytical role.
- Demonstrated experience leading process improvement work and supporting new processes and governance models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, including translating data into practical recommendations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using data visualization and reporting tools.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for collaboration across functions and regions.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and committed to process-oriented work.
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
