Manage Government Property compliance, controls, audits, and reporting for SAIC’s defense and mission technology programs. Support secure contracts and oversee property controls for subcontractors and suppliers.
Tavsif
- Maintain compliance with FAR 52.245-1(f), DFARS 252.245-7005, SAIC’s certified Property Management System, and its Government Property Policies and Procedures Manual
- Strengthen and maintain effective internal controls
- Oversee the accuracy of GFP and CAP/CAM documentation
- Investigate, resolve, and report property discrepancies
- Provide support during DCMA and Government audits and surveillance activities
- Implement and monitor property controls for subcontractors and suppliers
- Create and deliver property-handling guidance and training for program personnel
- Prepare property status, inventory, discrepancy, and performance reports to sustain complete accountability for Government Property across collateral and secure contracts
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree with at least six years of experience
- Strong analytical ability to interpret learner feedback, survey data, and performance metrics
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Capacity to manage multiple concurrent assignments effectively
- Experience using Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Strong coordination and communication skills when working with subject-matter experts and stakeholders
