Lead financial-crime product development at Desjardins, representing client needs and guiding product strategy. Manage backlogs, stakeholders, strategic initiatives, and product-owner coaching.
Tavsif
- Represent client needs in projects and own the member and client experience
- Develop products and services that support a positive member and client experience
- Partner with project developers and business analysts to align solutions with user needs and deliver expected project benefits
- Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders
- Lead collaboration with squads and stakeholders across planning, feasibility assessments, development projects, and strategic initiatives
- Provide recommendations on matters and projects involving significant operational and conceptual complexity
- Create product backlogs for projects, mandates, and development activities
- Support clients and partners on strategic projects and mandates
- Oversee the development and revision of policies, standards, models, and programs
- Assess major problems and issues, then develop diagnostics and recommendations
- Coach fellow product owners
- Represent the unit in discussions with decision-making bodies
- Represent Desjardins Group's position in agreements with partners and external organizations
Talablar
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- At least six years of relevant professional experience
- Equivalent combinations of relevant qualifications and experience may be considered
- French-language proficiency is required
