Tavsif

  • Support prison chaplains, prison-focused churches, and partner organisations throughout the UK
  • Expand and strengthen the Alpha for Prisons network of leaders, volunteers, and churches
  • Deliver and facilitate regional and national Alpha for Prisons training events
  • Help plan and promote the Prison Ministry Conference and other networking events
  • Develop relationships with churches and individuals committed to prison ministry
  • Gather and share prison transformation stories for Alpha UK and Alpha International
  • Encourage and mentor emerging leaders interested in prison ministry
  • Represent Alpha at conferences, church gatherings, and speaking engagements
  • Keep Salesforce records accurate while supporting reporting and data-tracking processes
  • Help develop resources and ministry tools designed for the prison context

Talablar

  • In-depth knowledge of Alpha and the HTB Network, including experience running Alpha courses
  • Strong communication, presentation, training, and relationship-building abilities, with confidence engaging diverse church and ministry leaders
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Working knowledge of GDPR, reporting, and data management practices
  • Self-directed and collaborative, with strong IT capability and the ability to work independently or within a team
  • A sound understanding of the UK prison system
  • Experience supporting prison chaplains, prison ministries, or churches focused on prison work
  • Willingness to travel and attend occasional evening and weekend events
