Tavsif

  • Support the International P&C Product Management team.
  • Analyze internal and external data on frequency and severity trends, local market growth, and coverage results.
  • Evaluate state performance through ad hoc and regular weekly or monthly analysis.
  • Recommend pricing strategies, plans and forecasts, and approaches to policy and membership growth.
  • Respond to routine member inquiries escalated by Member Contact teams.
  • Maintain and help develop product dashboards and reports using Excel, Tableau, or other analytical tools.
  • Define key performance measures for assigned states, regions, or countrywide operations.
  • Partner with value chain teams to track the results of actions taken by the extended state team.
  • Help prepare performance briefings for business reviews with the extended state team, leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Build expertise in applicable state laws and regulatory environments.
  • Identify, assess, monitor, and manage business risks in line with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or statistics, or four years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • Two years of relevant product or program management experience analyzing data and developing recommendations, or an advanced degree in business.
  • Intermediate proficiency with data query tools and dashboards, including Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience using data to prepare briefings or presentations.
  • Developing knowledge of product regulations and risk and compliance requirements.
  • Product management experience focused on analytics and communicating insights, ideally in property and casualty insurance.
  • Experience with analytics for the P&C Delivery and Service (D&S) area.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools such as SAS, SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, and R.
  • Experience running analytical data queries and reports.
  • U.S. military experience through military service or as a military spouse or domestic partner.
  • Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
