Part-Time Urogynecology Medical Receptionist
Welcome patients and coordinate appointments, billing, records, and communications at Trinity Health IHA Medical Group. Support smooth daily operations in a urogynecology office and help patients navigate their care.
Tavsif
- Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion
- Check patients in and verify registration and insurance details
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Answer calls, address inquiries, and direct messages to the right people
- Collect payments and help maintain accurate billing
- Support patient communications, paperwork, and MyChart questions
- Maintain patient records and assist with daily office operations
- Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to create a smooth patient experience
Talablar
- High school diploma or GED; applicants aged 15–17 may qualify with a valid work permit from their high school
- Coursework or seminars in insurance and billing or medical practice education are preferred, but not required
- One to two years of experience in a medical or physician office or in customer service is preferred
- No credentials or license are required
