Part-Time Merchandiser and Order Writer - Coachella, CA
Part-time, onsite role representing Mondelēz in Coachella-area retail stores. Manage product orders, shelf availability, promotional displays, inventory movement, and store relationships.
Tavsif
- Represent Mondelēz in retail stores while upholding professional service standards
- Provide customer service to store teams and shoppers as the company’s in-store representative
- Complete scheduled store visits under DSD Merchandising Excellence guidelines and photograph displays through DMI
- Develop and maintain working relationships with backroom receivers and store managers
- Use an iPad and Salesforce to place orders and support in-stock shelf and display conditions
- Set up promotional displays and verify alignment with store plans
- Work according to schedules and priorities established by the RTM
- Assist with seasonal sales programs, product launches, and prominent merchandising events
- Report store-level observations, challenges, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Safely lift, bend, move, stock, push, and pull products between stock rooms and store shelves
Talablar
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Hold a valid REAL ID driver’s license issued by the state of residence, a U.S. passport, or a federal ID
- Drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations
- Perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying of up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally push and pull loads exceeding 50 pounds
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Work independently with self-motivation
- Be available Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed
- Previous retail or grocery experience is preferred
- Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Coachella, California
