Tavsif
- Develop visual concepts for Alfa Group campaigns, projects, and communications
- Produce social media assets across multiple channels and formats
- Design presentations, corporate collateral, event materials, and special projects
- Adapt and repurpose campaigns for varied formats and distribution channels
- Maintain visual identity consistency while helping improve marketing standards and templates
- Translate briefs and communication goals into creative, strategically focused designs
- Work with Marketing and other departments to incorporate feedback, maintain quality, and meet deadlines
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline
- Professional experience producing social media content, campaign assets, presentations, and corporate communications
- Background in visual identity, branding, and adapting creative assets for multiple formats and channels
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva
- Understanding of art direction, visual composition, typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to interpret briefs and convert communication objectives into effective visual concepts
- Current portfolio showcasing visual range, work quality, and technical capability
