Mid-Level FP&A Analyst
Support budgeting, forecasting, income statement analysis, and profitability work at Rox Partner, a data-focused consultancy. Develop financial reports and automations across multiple business lines.
Tavsif
- Help prepare and track annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Compare monthly results with budgets and investigate revenue, cost, and expense variances
- Maintain and review consolidated management income statements and business-line statements
- Assign costs and expenses to the relevant cost centers, projects, and business lines
- Combine and validate financial data from multiple databases and systems
- Analyze business-line profitability, gross margins, and EBITDA
- Build and maintain management spreadsheets in advanced Excel, using formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query
- Reconcile accounting records with management data and investigate discrepancies
- Prepare financial reports, performance metrics, and presentations for results monitoring
- Apply AI tools to streamline workflows, process data, and automate reporting
- Find ways to improve and simplify financial processes and controls
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, economics, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in FP&A, controllership, or financial planning
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and database lookups
- Understanding of income statements, budgeting, financial forecasting, and results analysis
- Experience assigning costs and expenses to cost centers
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with an organized and detail-focused approach
- Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI
- Experience supporting multiple business lines
- Background in consulting, technology, or services companies
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Protheus or Omie
- Experience automating spreadsheets and financial reports
