Tavsif

  • Manage all marina operations within approved budget guidelines
  • Enhance guest service, operational performance, efficiency, and profitability
  • Collaborate with the Home Office and colleagues across the organization
  • Lead employees while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Address customer needs accurately, professionally, and courteously
  • Maintain a professional company image in every interaction
  • Deliver financial results aligned with annual operating and capital budgets
  • Inspect property areas regularly to maintain high standards of appearance and safety
  • Oversee trash removal and related property-maintenance activities

Talablar

  • At least five years of management experience directing employees and handling accounting, budgeting, inventory control, advertising, and customer relations
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and a basic understanding of financial statements
  • Professional, effective communication skills for working with employees, customers, tenants, vendors, and government personnel
  • Ability to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to swim or willingness to use a personal flotation device during emergencies
  • Ability to frequently perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements, with occasional squeezing and overhead reaching
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed
  • Understanding of and compliance with government regulations governing marina operations, including OSHA, EPA, and Corps of Engineers requirements
