Licensed Physician AI Trainer (Freelance, Remote)
US-based physicians annotate clinical material and design diagnostic tasks for Mindrift’s health AI training projects. Flexible, part-time freelance work paid by accepted task for technology-company projects.
Tavsif
- Assess and label health-related content generated by AI
- Check clinical-question responses for medical accuracy and patient-safety issues
- Classify AI responses using established quality standards
- Design realistic, challenging evaluations for advanced AI agents
- Create diagnostic-reasoning tasks using fragmented patient information and conditional clinical workflows
- Produce detailed task variants with objective scoring criteria
- Write less prescriptive task variants that test an AI agent’s independent reasoning
- Support health AI training initiatives for major technology companies
- Complete project-based assignments during periods of active work
Talablar
- Practice medicine in the US as an MD or DO, or work as a licensed adjacent clinical professional
- Hold a medical degree or a related qualification such as nursing, psychology, or dietetics, with clinical training in diagnosing and managing medical conditions
- Maintain a current, valid US professional license
- Be actively engaged in clinical practice
- Bring at least three years of practical clinical experience
- Demonstrate strong written English proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Submit a CV written in English
- Specialists and experienced practitioners are encouraged to apply
- Deliver tasks by their deadlines and satisfy the specified acceptance criteria
Imtiyozlar
- Work on non-permanent, project-based assignments
- Choose part-time participation in active projects
- Expect approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases
- Earn up to the equivalent of $240 per hour, with payment issued per accepted task rather than as a guaranteed hourly rate
