Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) - Illinois Remote
Provide remote outpatient telehealth counseling through Brave Health, including assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment planning. Support clients across the lifespan while helping expand access to behavioral healthcare.

- Deliver outpatient care through Brave Health’s telehealth program
- Provide technology-enabled mental health treatment directly to patients
- Work collaboratively with clients to help them meet their goals
- Assess and diagnose mental health and substance use conditions
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments
- Use telehealth, video communication, and internal collaboration tools throughout the workday
- Deliver approximately 30 hours of client care each week, averaging six clients per day
- Care for patients across the lifespan
- Help broaden access to care as Brave Health enters additional markets
Talablar
- Hold a master’s degree and applicable professional licensure
- Have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
- Maintain a private home workspace that supports patient safety and HIPAA compliance
- Be fluent in English
- Spanish proficiency is preferred; additional languages are advantageous
- Understand mental health and substance use diagnoses
- Demonstrate treatment-planning skills
- Be comfortable using telehealth, video communication, and internal collaboration tools
- Have experience collaborating with clients to achieve treatment goals
- Be able to conduct comprehensive clinical assessments
- Hold current, independent licensure in a state
- Be comfortable completing approximately 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients per day
- Have experience treating chronic severe mental illnesses, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
- Be willing to obtain additional state licenses as company expansion requires
