Tavsif

  • Guide design across the organisation, maintaining brand consistency and creative quality across channels, especially digital.
  • Express Earnix’s visual identity through fresh and distinctive creative work.
  • Lead design for digital experiences, paid media, and customer touchpoints, and contribute to global events and experiential marketing.
  • Create website and landing page assets, digital ads, social and email campaigns, content marketing materials, motion graphics, animation, short videos, presentations, executive communications, sales and marketing collateral, internal communications, and event branding.
  • Use Figma to design and prototype user-focused web experiences, including page templates, interface components, and interactive elements, working with web and marketing technology teams.
  • Partner with teams across the business to turn objectives into engaging visual concepts and creative solutions.
  • Find ways to develop and strengthen Earnix’s visual brand while keeping it consistent and scalable.
  • Help maintain brand guidelines and design standards, and build a scalable digital design system with reusable templates and components.
  • Keep up with developments in digital design, UX, motion, and emerging technologies, including AI-assisted design tools.
  • Coordinate several projects at once and deliver polished work on schedule.

Talablar

  • At least eight years of experience in digital, web, visual, or brand design, or creative services.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, web, social, and motion design, with additional work in brand, event, or experiential design.
  • Excellent command of visual design, including typography, layout, color, composition, and storytelling.
  • A deep understanding of how brands appear across digital, web, social, emerging channels, and experiential settings.
  • Practical experience designing websites, landing pages, and interface components, with working knowledge of UX principles.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with motion and video software such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, audience engagement, and content performance, including using analytics and A/B tests to guide creative decisions.
  • Ability to shape brand expression strategically while producing high-quality creative work.
  • Experience creating presentations and communications for executives.
  • Ability to work independently, balance competing priorities, and manage projects from concept to delivery.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience designing for events, conferences, trade shows, or experiential activations is an advantage.
