- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Support KPI development and monitoring across business areas
- Query, extract, process, and validate data
- Develop and maintain SQL queries
- Apply Power Query and DAX to build and improve BI solutions

- Help improve data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
- Contribute to Data Engineering and Data Governance initiatives
- Monitor the quality and consistency of published information

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Use Power Query for data processing, transformation, and integration
- Create measures, calculations, and KPIs with DAX
- Query, extract, and manipulate data with SQL
- Organize information using relationships and dimensional data models
- Have basic knowledge of data ingestion, transformation, processing, and delivery
- Understand ETL/ELT data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
- Have a basic understanding of creating, running, and monitoring data pipelines
- Have basic or preferred knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, and Power BI integration
- Understand data governance concepts such as quality, integrity, availability, security, and control
- Identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and discrepancies in data
- Document data sources, KPIs, business rules, and transformation processes
- Support the development and monitoring of business KPIs and metrics
- Use Excel at an intermediate or advanced level, including formulas, pivot tables, data processing, and analysis
- Have basic knowledge of building and maintaining business applications with Power Apps
- Have basic knowledge of building and maintaining workflows with Power Automate
- Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Azure data and integration services
- Have basic knowledge of data permissions, sharing, and information protection
- Read and understand technical documentation in English
- Bring an analytical approach, strong organization, and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively and show interest in business processes and departmental needs
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
