Tavsif
- Assess client needs and requirements for consortium services.
- Support solution design by defining acceptance criteria.
- Check that deliverables meet consortium market expectations and business rules.
- Build strong knowledge of consortium rules and the market.
- Solve specific problems by developing reusable approaches that add product value.
- Lead meetings and handle crises independently, keeping the Project Manager informed of relevant status updates.
- Plan deliveries with the team lead, Business Owner, and technical leads.
- Create and maintain clear, current documentation for internal teams and clients.
- Use AI tools to speed up requirements analysis, documentation drafting and review, and decision-making.

- Explain the rules that govern the functionality of supported systems.

- Know Jira and have experience managing cards.
- Be familiar with AI tools for drafting and reviewing requirements and documentation, analyzing information, and producing summaries.
- Be willing to use AI in daily work.
- A degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Have at least two years of professional experience.
- Have experience with software or solutions in the financial or services sector.
- Experience at a bank, consortium administrator, or microfinance institution is preferred.
