Influencer Partnership Manager - Germany (Remote)
Recruit and manage German influencers, streamers, creators, and community partners for iGaming campaigns. Oversee partnership performance, campaign execution, and compliant market growth remotely.
Tavsif
- Source and recruit local influencers, streamers, creators, and community partners on Instagram
- Develop and maintain a robust influencer database for the assigned market
- Negotiate CPA, revenue-share, hybrid, and fixed-fee partnership agreements
- Onboard influencers with tracking links, promo codes, landing pages, and marketing materials
- Handle daily influencer relationships and campaign delivery
- Track campaign results through FTDs, deposits, CPA, ROI, NGR, and player-quality KPIs
- Improve existing partnerships and re-engage influencers with weak performance
- Work with Marketing, Creative, and Affiliate teams to strengthen campaign results
- Track competitor activity and emerging influencer trends in the local market
- Produce recurring reports on campaign performance and partnership prospects
- Keep all promotional activity aligned with local advertising laws and compliance standards
Talablar
- Background in influencer marketing, partnership management, affiliate management, or KOL management
- Strong understanding of the local market and its influencer ecosystem
- Proven negotiation ability and strong relationship-management skills
- Commercial approach focused on acquisition and performance measurement
- Fluency in the local market language plus solid English proficiency
- Experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, crypto casino, or affiliate marketing
- Hands-on experience with CPA, revenue-share, and hybrid partnership structures
- Working familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, promotional codes, and landing-page optimisation
- Experience launching campaigns in regulated or emerging iGaming markets
