HPE Networking Presales Systems Engineer (Oregon Remote)
Design and present Aruba and Juniper networking solutions as an HPE presales systems engineer. Support K–12, local government, enterprise, and service provider customers across Oregon.
Tavsif
- Help expand HPE’s networking business across Aruba and Juniper offerings
- Build technical expertise in Aruba wired and wireless networking, ClearPass, Central, Juniper switching, routing, security, and automation
- Work with sales teams to assess customer needs and develop networking solutions
- Present technical solutions and run demonstrations
- Develop network architectures and proposals that address customer goals
- Run proof-of-concept engagements
- Complete advanced training and certification programs
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to position solutions and encourage adoption
Talablar
- At least seven years of experience with networking infrastructure
- Previous experience as a networking systems engineer or in a comparable role
- Experience in network design, installation, services, and support is preferred
- Experience in state, local, or federal government; higher education; K–12; enterprise; or service provider environments
- Knowledge of network design principles and protocols
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Residence in the greater Portland, Salem, or Eugene area
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites within Oregon
- Understanding of SLED and enterprise environments and procurement processes
- Interest in network automation, AI-driven operations, and cloud-managed networking
