Full-Time Merchandiser and Order Writer - Topeka, KS (On-Site)
Represent Mondelēz in Topeka-area stores by stocking and promoting Oreo, Ritz, and other snack products. Manage orders, displays, product launches, store relationships, and merchandising standards.
Tavsif
- Represent Mondelēz in stores with a professional, positive approach
- Provide excellent service to store teams and shoppers as the company’s in-store representative
- Complete scheduled store visits under Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Excellence standards and capture display photos through DMI
- Develop working relationships with receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
- Use an iPad and Salesforce to order products and keep shelves and displays stocked
- Set up promotional displays and follow RTM-negotiated merchandising plans
- Follow the daily schedule and priorities established by the RTM
- Assist with seasonal sales activities, product launches, and prominent merchandising events
- Report store-level observations, problems, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Safely lift, bend, carry, move, and stock products between stock rooms, sales floors, and shelves
Talablar
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Work independently with self-motivation
- Drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations
- Perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying of items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally push and pull items weighing more than 50 pounds
- Prior retail or grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles of the primary Topeka, Kansas location
- Be available to start by 7 a.m. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
